  • Cancellations for Special Event Reservations must be requested 72-hours in advance of the booking, though this window is subject to change at any time.

    If a reservation is cancelled less than 72-hours in advance, you will be charged for the full amount of ALL members of your party due to the limited availability of tickets for any given event.

    If a refund is issued for a Special Event Reservation OR Goods purchased from the online store, the refund issued will represent the amount of the purchase MINUS the processing fees that Sub Rosa has incurred from processing a credit card payment (standard rate of processing fees is 3-6% of the total purchase price + $.30/per transaction).
